The north Atlantic Ocean passage is about 1800 nautical miles. Start from Antigua. We cross atlantic ocean and finish in famous Horta, Azores. Approximately 9-10 days. There are direct flights from London to Antigua. From Azores there is connection flight through Portugal.

It is entirely your own responsibility to obtain a visa or entry permit to Portugal or UK. Typically you will need a UK or EU passport, EU residence permit or Schengen visa.
If you need to apply a Schengen visa, we can prepare and send you a confirmation of participation.

Meals ashore and travel expenses to and from ports are not included.
PLEASE NOTE: As a long-distance trip, the crew will be operating a watch system. This normally means that a crew is split up and alternates being on / off watch. Often it's 4hr shifts with shorter shifts from 16.00-18.00 and 18.00-20.00 to ensure that you are not always on watch at the same time of day/night. Offshore yacht sailing can be difficult, and every crew member must fully acknowledge their physical condition and experience and take responsibility for all their actions on the boat.
